- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went in for a quart of oil and used the wrong bank card. It was declined. When I checked my account info online, they charged me .75 for being declined. There was no notice stating that I would be charged for declined cards. Granted it's only .75 but still, there should be a notice in plain Sight.
