  These people are garbage, they purposely held off on ordering my new Debit card because I called and left an angry message. I was angry because this bank left me stranded without a working debit card and without a notice. They were trying to "protect me" by canceling my card because I had shopped at target 2 months prior when they had their system hacked. At least say exactly what you mean, it should sound something like this, "We were looking out for our own best interest by cancelling your debit card, it is easier and most cost efficient to do this then it is to inform you, send you a new one before cancelling this one and causing you any trouble or pain" I may have respected that as an honest response, instead i got a brain dead teller, reading to me off of the training manual that was to provided to them when they took the minimum wage job. My angry message was because I had a flat in the Middle of the ghetto Downtown Chicago and the tow company could not run my debit card...."keeps coming back declined buddy" So I walked to the shadiest liquor store/we take link/local hang out/grocery store/cockroach motel and dared to use the atm, which to not much surprise was out of order...there is more story than this but i think you get the drift. This place blowssssssss they purposefully held my card and money from me

  Horrible, horrible customer service. Numerous calls to them to get someone to discuss the issue we were having with the broken fence post. Sent emails and pictures to them. Lots of excuses from them. Finally got an appointment, and we PREPAID for the service and now they claim we had the wrong appointment date and time. Not true. Of course, i had to call them several times to find out where they were, no return calls. Only after i used a different phone number did they answer the call...interesting. I should mention, when they sold us the fence, Chris was great. Just don't expect any help AFTER you get your fence.

  This is a great community bank! We opened an account here the day we moved to New Lenox. They have a great drive through system and plenty of friendly and helpful personal bankers.

• Review of "Circle K" at New Lenox

  I went in for a quart of oil and used the wrong bank card. It was declined. When I checked my account info online, they charged me .75 for being declined. There was no notice stating that I would be charged for declined cards. Granted it's only .75 but still, there should be a notice in plain Sight. Now my account is .75 negative and I will be charged $35. Had I known I would have deposited $1 in my account before the bank closed the "bank day" thanks circle k
